8.1 You Agree You Will

You agree you will:

1. Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;

2. Provide fair and accurate information to us and keep it updated. This includes but is not limited to:

   1. Jobs should list real compensation for currently open positions at active companies, nothing contingent on future funding;

   2. No concealing company information;

   3. Companies cannot charge application fees or require any kind of third party site signup, and

   4. Candidates and companies must accurately represent themselves. Scoutship may remove profiles or suspend access pending verification if necessary.

3. Use your and your company's real name on your profile; and

4. Use the Site in a professional manner.
