# Cookie Policy

Scoutship uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, to remember a few interface preferences, and to measure how the site is used. This policy lists every one we set, says what each is for and how long it lasts, and explains how to control them. It applies to scoutship.io and to any Scoutship product or service that links to this policy.

We do not show advertising, we have no advertising partners, and we do not operate a mobile application. What we collect through these technologies and what we do with it is covered in our [Privacy Policy](https://policy.scoutship.io/privacy-policy).

We do not currently show a cookie consent banner. The analytics cookies described here are set when you visit the site. [Section 3](https://policy.scoutship.io/cookie-policy/3.-what-third-parties-use-these-technologies-in-connection-with-our-services) sets out your options, including browser controls and Google's own opt-out. If we introduce a consent banner, we will update this policy first.
