2.9 Annual CCPA metrics

The CCPA Regulations promulgated by the California Attorney General require that certain businesses disclose annual metrics regarding their responses to certain consumer requests under the CCPA. This notice contains Scoutship's CCPA-specific metrics for the 2022 calendar year. In particular, these metrics reflect the number of requests Scoutship received in which the requester specifically invoked the CCPA. Because Scoutship offers all its members the ability to exercise their rights to access and delete their data without the need to identify the law that authorizes their request, these metrics exclude data regarding the majority of successfully completed access requests.

In the calendar year 2022, Scoutship processed the following number of requests that explicitly invoked the CCPA:
