5.1 User Error

You are solely responsible to ensure that all information and instructions provided to Scoutship are correct and complete. Scoutship will not be liable for any transactions which have been conducted in accordance with instructions provided by you, regardless of whether such instructions include incorrect, incomplete, limited or no identifying information related to a transfer. Where Scoutship attempts a transfer in accordance with your instruction and such transaction fails, Scoutship will notify you of the failed transaction attempt.
